Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive – Car Showroom

Location: Chitlapakkam, Nungambakkam and OMR

Experience: 1–3 years in customer service or automobile dealership

Salary: Based on experience and performance

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom and ensure a positive experience.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service bookings, vehicle delivery updates, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure timely communication and smooth customer handling.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly.
  • Collect customer feedback post-service or delivery and escalate concerns when required.
  • Support in customer retention activities, loyalty programs, and event coordination.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's degree or Diploma qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an automobile dealership (sales or service).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Pleasant personality and customer-centric attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
