About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and well-presented Sales Executive to support daily operations in our optical boutique. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of lenses, frames, and optical accessories, with the ability to recommend the perfect eyewear based on customer needs and style preferences.


Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in choosing frames, lenses, and accessories based on style, vision needs, and prescription.

* Provide complete product knowledge on lenses (single vision, progressive, blue-cut), coatings, frame types, and contact lenses.

* Take accurate optical measurements using standard tools.

* Maintain store presentation, product displays, and stock arrangement.

* Handle billing, update sales records, and achieve monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with optometrists for eye tests and prescription-related queries.

* Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

* Stay updated with the latest optical trends, premium brands, and promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 1–3 years of experience in the optical industry (preferred).

* Strong knowledge of lenses, frames, and optical measurements.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to upsell and achieve sales goals.

* Basic computer literacy (billing/POS systems).

* Customer-friendly, confident, and proactive attitude.

* Diploma / Degree (Optometry or optical background preferred)
