Role Overview:

As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining databases, automating manual tasks, and ensuring accurate data flow across departments. You will play a key role in streamlining operations and improving efficiency through smart data handling and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly reports in Google Sheets
  • Automate repetitive reporting and data processing tasks using Google Apps Script
  • Consolidate and clean data from various sources for MIS reporting
  • Build dashboards and templates to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure timely and error-free reporting for all departments
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand their data and reporting needs
  • Document and maintain SOPs for all MIS-related processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script for automation and scripting
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of Excel (optional but a plus)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Knowledge of Looker Studio or other BI/reporting tools
  • Experience integrating Google Sheets with external tools or APIs
  • Understanding of business metrics and reporting requirements in domains like sales, operations, or finance
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5, ₹25,000.00 per month
