**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced **MIS Executive** to manage and analyze **sales data** and ensure efficient use of **LeadSquared CRM**. The role involves creating sales reports, maintaining CRM data integrity, and providing insights to optimize sales operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Data Management**: Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Generate regular sales performance reports.
- **CRM Management**: Administer **LeadSquared CRM**, ensuring accurate lead data, and support sales teams in using the system for follow-ups and reporting.
- **Reporting**: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on sales KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, lead status, forecasts).
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales teams to ensure data accuracy and help optimize lead management processes.
- **Data Quality**: Conduct audits on CRM data, troubleshoot issues, and maintain integrity of sales records.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years in an MIS or sales data-related role, with hands-on **Lead Squared CRM** experience.
- **Technical Skills**: Advanced **Excel** skills, Google sheet knowledge, with experience in CRM software (LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.), and familiarity with **Power BI** or **Tableau** is a plus.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present data insights to stakeholders.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
