Overview

The MIS Executive will manage and optimize Qualetel's information systems to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis, supporting strategic decisions across departments.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the MIS infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Generate and distribute regular (daily/weekly/monthly) and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze trends to deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Automate reporting processes using Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT and relevant teams for resolution.
  • Create and maintain documentation of MIS procedures, templates, and data flows.
  • Manage Data extration from various platforms and align with the CRM
  • Daily leads and sales tracking to crm updation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or management roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and knowledge of SQL or databases. That Startup Job
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability.
  • Effective verbal and written communication to engage with technical and non‑technical teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12,000
