Position Overview
We, at Purple Door Hospitality, are looking for
Sales Managers
for our properties in Goa, Himachal Pradesh and Maharashtra. The candidates need to be based in
New Delhi or Mumbai
. The role requires candidates with proven sales expertise in hotels/hospitality, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to generate sustained revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive room and banquet sales through corporate, travel trade, and MICE segments.
- Build and maintain strong client networks to achieve sales and occupancy targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with market trends and competition analysis.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and property visits.
- Ensure seamless coordination with operations and marketing teams to deliver client satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and revenue forecasts for management review.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of hotel sales experience (corporate, travel trade, or MICE).
- Strong negotiation and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Based in
New Delhi
or
Mumbai
. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of independent handling of sales functions.
