Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Architectural Draughtsman to assist in the preparation of technical drawings and plans under the supervision of senior architects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design principles, proficiency in drafting software, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting tools. Assist in the preparation of construction documents and presentation drawings. Update and revise drawings based on feedback from architects or engineers.

Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation. Conduct site visits to collect measurements and assist in design verification. Ensure all drawings adhere to building codes, regulations, and company standards.

Support senior team members in design development and project documentation. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to integrate design components. Requirements:Diploma or Certificate in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or related field.2-4 years of professional experience in architectural drafting.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or BIM tools is a plus. Basic understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and materials. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Good communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Internship or practical training in an architectural office. Exposure to Revit Career Path:This role offers a growth path to become an Architectural Draughtsman, Design Coordinator, or even a Project Architect with experience and additional qualifications.
