Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Interior Draughtsman to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality detailed drawings and construction documents for interior fit-outs, high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects. You will work closely with designers, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure precision, coordination, and adherence to project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed interior drawings including plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), furniture layouts, joinery details, and material specifications.
- Translate conceptual sketches and design briefs into comprehensive working drawings.
- Ensure accuracy and technical compliance of all drawings with local codes, regulations, and design standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and vendors for design intent and site requirements.
- Review and update drawings based on feedback, site changes, and consultant inputs.
- Maintain drawing documentation and version control across multiple projects.
- Conduct periodic site visits (if required) for measurement verification and implementation checks.
- Manage junior draughtsmen and guide their work when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Drafting or equivalent.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, interior detailing, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and coordination ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
