We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Expert (2 to 4 years of experience in SEO, AIO, and Social media marketing) to join our team and help elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy and Implementation:

  • Develop and execute SEO and AIO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify content opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and on-page elements.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

2. Social Media Management:

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Design visually appealing social media posts and stories using Canva, Adobe suite, or similar tools.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies as needed.

3. Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling blog posts, articles, and other content to support SEO and social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce multimedia content, such as videos and infographics.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Prepare regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- SEO Expertise:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

- Social Media Marketing:

  • Experience managing social media accounts and growing followers and engagement.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Proficiency in Canva or other design tools to create social media graphics.

- Content Creation:

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and SEO-friendly content.
  • Experience in creating multimedia content is a plus.

- Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with creating and presenting detailed performance reports.

- Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.

Job Type: Full-time
