Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Expert (2 to 4 years of experience in SEO, AIO, and Social media marketing) to join our team and help elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop and execute SEO and AIO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify content opportunities.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and on-page elements.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
2. Social Media Management:
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design visually appealing social media posts and stories using Canva, Adobe suite, or similar tools.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies as needed.
3. Content Creation:
- Develop compelling blog posts, articles, and other content to support SEO and social media strategies.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce multimedia content, such as videos and infographics.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
- Prepare regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- SEO Expertise:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Experience managing social media accounts and growing followers and engagement.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Proficiency in Canva or other design tools to create social media graphics.
- Content Creation:
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and SEO-friendly content.
- Experience in creating multimedia content is a plus.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with creating and presenting detailed performance reports.
- Additional Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with AI tools, WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
