Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content showcasing jewellery collections, offers, and events.
  • Manage social media profiles, grow online community, and interact with customers.
  • Track, analyse, and report on the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Optimize online campaigns to increase engagement, leads, and sales.
  • Collaborate with the in-house team to design visuals, videos, and promotional material.
  • Stay updated with jewellery industry trends, customer preferences, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Support online brand-building initiatives and influencer collaborations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
