About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Management Executive to handle our online lead generation, WhatsApp Business API communication, social media marketing, and inbound inquiries. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with digital tools and capable of managing both marketing campaigns and lead nurturing with the technical team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and optimize lead generation portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, etc.)


• Handle WhatsApp Business API marketing campaigns and customer communication.


• Run and monitor Meta Ads / Google Ads / LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.


• Oversee social media marketing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).


• Respond to and manage inbound leads promptly and effectively.


• Coordinate with the technical and sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.


• Maintain lead data, prepare performance reports, and suggest strategies for improvement.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.


• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing/lead management.


• Proficiency in Ads Manager, CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business API.


• Strong communication and coordination skills.


• Ability to multitask and manage digital campaigns independently.
