Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Associate with proven experience in running successful digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Create and post engaging content for social media platforms and websites.
  • Collaborate with design teams for basic graphics and creatives.
  • Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) for content creation.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Experience as a Social Media Manager is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Be willing to transition into a sales-oriented role if business needs require.
