Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be the go-to person for all marketing needs within the organization, driving initiatives that amplify our brand presence and support business objectives.

This role requires a leader who is extroverted, articulate, presentable, and has a strong creative sense of design and color aesthetics.

The selected individual will lead a passionate team of 3–4 marketers and collaborate across departments to deliver integrated campaigns and impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, guide, and mentor a team of 3–4 marketing professionals, ensuring collaboration, creativity, and performance excellence.

Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that cover digital, offline, and event-driven initiatives.

Brand Management:
Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all communication channels.

Creative Direction:
Leverage strong design sensibilities and color coordination skills to produce aesthetically appealing marketing collateral.

Digital Marketing:
Oversee social media management, content strategy, SEO/SEM campaigns, and analytics to drive engagement and visibility.

Events & Representation:
Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at trade shows, industry forums, and corporate events with professionalism and confidence.

Collaboration:
Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.

Performance Tracking:
Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum ROI.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Proven leadership and people management abilities.Extroverted personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong creative flair with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.In-depth understanding of marketing channels, tools, and trends.

Strategic thinker with the ability to execute with attention to detail.

Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, SEO platforms, design tools).

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2+ years in a managerial role.

Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end marketing campaigns and team leadership.
