About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic SAP Recruiter with 1–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to hiring across SAP modules and IT technologies, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various SAP roles (functional & technical modules).
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer management.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics for reporting.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with 1–4 years of IT/SAP recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP ABAP, BASIS, FICO, SD, MM, HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with target-driven approach.
