SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - (immediate joiners preferred)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management (HXM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules and the ability to translate business requirements into effective HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

  • Analyze client's business processes and HR system requirements
  • Map client's requirements to SAP SuccessFactors functionalities
  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules as per client's requirements
  • Lead end-to-end implementations including system setup, data migration, and testing
  • Customize SAP SuccessFactors solutions to align with organizational needs

Client Engagement & Support

  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide expert advice on SAP SuccessFactors functionality and best practices
  • Interact with stakeholders to ensure the system's functionality aligns with the organization's goals and objectives

Technical Operations

  • Participate in system testing and troubleshooting, and fix issues if any
  • Resolve system issues and defects in a timely manner
  • Integrate SAP SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors updates and enhancements

Documentation & Project Management

  • Prepare project documentation, such as functional specifications, system configuration, and user guides
  • Manage multiple project timelines and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain system procedures and process documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience

Senior Level (5+ years): Deep understanding of HCM business processes, project leadership experience, team management capabilities

Technical Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules including:
  • Employee Central (EC)
  • Performance and Goals Management
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Recruiting and Onboarding
  • Compensation Management
  • Workforce Analytics
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and system integrations
  • Data migration and conversion expertise

Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills to work with technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Project management capabilities
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops
  • Customer service orientation

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred or required
  • Master's degree is advantageous but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹441, ₹1,716,132.68 per year
