Experience Required: 7-8 years (Post-qualification experience as Chartered Accountant)

Educational Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
  • MBA in Finance/Accounting – Preferred
  • Additional certifications like IND AS (ICAI), IFRS (ACCA UK), Financial Modelling – Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Accounting

  • Preparation of financial statements as per IND AS
  • Month-end closing, GL review, and variance analysis
  • Fixed asset accounting, CWIP analysis, depreciation, and scrapping
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable management
  • GRIR account monitoring and reconciliation

Audit & Compliance

  • Coordination with internal, statutory, tax, and stock auditors
  • Preparation of audit schedules, reconciliations, and certificates
  • TDS/GST compliance including returns, certificates, and DTAA handling

Banking & Imports

  • Bank coordination for FFR, CMA, stock statements, LC/BG handling
  • Accounting and reconciliation of imported goods and duties
  • Vendor master management and foreign payments processing

FP&A and MIS

  • Strategic Business Planning and forecasting
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual P&L analysis and commentary
  • Budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
  • Industry and competitor data analysis

Technical Skills:

  • SAP FICO (6+ years)
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Tally ERP 9
  • Financial Modelling tools

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team leadership and coordination
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
