Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven
Business Development & Admissions Consultants
who can convert student inquiries into successful admissions. The role involves explaining course offerings, driving enrollments, and maintaining strong follow-up pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert
    demo sessions into admissions
    with strong closing skills.
  • Clearly
    explain course structure, pricing, career outcomes, and benefits
    to students & parents.
  • Handle objections confidently and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up consistently with
    warm and hot leads
    until closure.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the
    CRM system
    .
  • Share
    payment links, registration details, and onboarding instructions
    to new students.
  • Achieve monthly admission targets with high performance and discipline.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with students.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong
    communication and selling skills
    .
  • Proven ability to
    convince, negotiate, and close sales
    .
  • Confidence, energy, and a
    goal-oriented mindset
    .
  • Objection handling
    and ability to deal with pressure.
  • Mandatory languages:
    Telugu + English
    .
  • Experience in EdTech sales, counseling, or inside sales preferred (not mandatory).
  • Basic computer knowledge & CRM usage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in BDE / Admissions / Inside Sales.
  • High passion for career growth and incentives.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
