Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sous Chef, based in Bhopal. The Executive Sous Chef will assist in overseeing kitchen operations, supervising and training culinary staff, and ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities will include menu planning, procuring fresh ingredients, and maintaining strict food safety standards. The role will also involve collaborating with the executive chef to innovate and maintain menu consistency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in culinary arts, including food preparation and presentation
  • Strong proficiency in kitchen management and staff training
  • Expertise in menu planning and sourcing quality ingredients
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills in a culinary setting
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or formal culinary training is a plus
  • Relevant managerial experience in a similar role is preferred
