Role Description

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities across digital and offline platforms. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and hands-on execution ability. You will work closely with the founder and the creative team to bring Chaileela's joyful brand identity to life.



Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Management

Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with Chaileela's brand values.

Plan festive, seasonal, and special campaigns that promote happiness and community involvement.

Maintain consistency of Chaileela's brand voice and visual identity.

Event & On-Ground Marketing
Support Chaileela events like Chef Hunts, talk shows, store activations, workshops, etc.

Build on-ground marketing plans for in-store and community engagement activities.

Collaborate with event partners, vendors, and influencers.

Required Skills
Strong communication (English/Hindi)

Creativity & content ideation

Knowledge of social media tools and trends

Basic design understanding (Canva/Adobe preferred)

Good coordination and planning abilities

Ability to work in fast-paced, event-driven environments


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field

1–3 years of experience in marketing
