Retail Manager – Bodycraft SalonsRole Summary

The Retail Manager will be responsible for driving retail product sales across all Bodycraft salons through strong data analytics, retail selling performance, visual merchandising excellence, and close collaboration with brand partners. This is a pure sales + analytics + visual merchandising role, with no involvement in salon operations.

Key Responsibilities – Retail Sales & Performance

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly retail sales targets across all Bodycraft salons.

  • Drive key KPIs: Retail % of service, bill conversion, per-bill retail value, stylist productivity.

  • Analyse outlet/SKU/category data to identify gaps and opportunities.

  • Build corrective action plans for low-performing salons.

  • Manage target setting, PI, incentives, and productivity tracking.

Key Responsibilities – Data, MIS & Sales Tracking

  • Maintain dashboards: daily trackers, weekly MIS, monthly performance.

  • Analyse trends using productivity, sale-through, variance analysis.

  • Track Inside Sales & Outside Sales.

  • Present insights and action plans to leadership.

Key Responsibilities – Retail Visual Merchandising

  • Own retail visual merchandising for all outlets.

  • Maintain premium displays, hygiene, brand alignment.

  • Plan monthly themes & hero SKU placement.

  • Ensure VM assets, testers, POP materials from brands.

Procurement & Stock Planning

  • Work with Supply Chain for retail product procurement.

  • Ensure availability of top-selling SKUs.

  • Forecast stock with brand partners.

Vendor / Brand Management

  • Manage strong relationships with all brand partners.

  • Align on launches, promotions, training.

  • Ensure testers, VM support, right product mix.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong data analysis ability.

  • High proficiency in Excel, MIS, and KPI dashboards.

  • Knowledge of Targets, PI, Incentives, retail trackers.

  • Inside/Outside sales understanding.

  • Strong VM skills.

  • Vendor/brand management.

  • Excellent communication & execution discipline.

Experience

4–7 years in retail sales (beauty/salon/wellness/FMCG/fashion preferred). Experience in multi-outlet retail, procurement coordination, or brand partnerships preferred.
