Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Noida Sector-4 . The Telesales Representative will handle daily tasks that include making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about financial products, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable financial solutions. The role also involves customer service tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additionally, the representative will be responsible for meeting sales targets and contributing to team goals, as well as participating in regular training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Customer Support and Sales
  • Capability to handle Training tasks and adapt quickly to new processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales or related fields are a plus
