Neferex Worldwide is a fast growing hair extension brand for men and women.We have our head quarter in Noida with branch offices in bangalore and chennai and coming with 6 more locations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Noida. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and closing sales deals. The representative will also be expected to maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and work closely with the sales team to achieve targets. Training on products and services will be provided to ensure the representative is well-equipped to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues
  • Strong Sales skills and ability to close deals
  • Experience in providing Training and understanding of sales processes
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • We are looking for someone with 1-2 years experience in tele sales.
