Executive - EXIM (Export - Import)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare export/import documents including Invoice, Packing List, BL, ARE-1, and COO.
  • Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, FEMA, and FTP regulations.
  • Handle LC documentation, e-sealing, Advance License, EPCG, and Duty Drawback claims.
  • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth logistics.
  • Liaise with banks for LC payments, export bills, and remittance reconciliation.
  • Communicate with global clients, suppliers, and internal teams for shipment execution.
  • Maintain records of shipping bills, BOE, export incentives, and duty savings.
  • Prepare MIS reports for shipments, documentation, and statutory compliance.
  • Skilled in EXIM documentation, customs processes, Incoterms, and ERP systems.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 4–5 years' experience in EXIM operations preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
