We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced 
Bench Sales Recruiter
 to work 
onsite from Day 1
 in our 
Hyderabad office
.

 
Location:
 Hyderabad (Onsite)

 
Shift:
 US Shift (CST Timings)

 
Experience:
 3+ years in US IT Bench Sales

 
Salary:
 Based on interview & experience

 
Key Responsibilities

·       Market IT consultants (
H1B, GC, USC, etc.
) to 
implementation partners and direct clients
.

·       Develop strong relationships with 
consultants, vendors, and clients
.

·       Identify and submit suitable consultants to relevant job requirements via 
job boards and networks
.

·       Negotiate rates and close deals efficiently.

·       Maintain continuous follow-up with consultants to ensure engagement and satisfaction.

 
Qualifications

·       Proven expertise in 
US IT Bench Sales
.

·       Excellent 
communication & interpersonal skills
.

·       Solid understanding of 
US tax terms
 (W2, 1099, C2C).

·       Self-driven with the ability to 
work independently and meet targets
.

·       Min 3+ years of experience
