About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused individual to join our real estate sales team. Your key responsibility will be to manage sales strategies, conduct site visits, and help clients identify properties that match their specific needswhether residential or commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales planning and execution for residential and commercial real estate projects
  • Manage and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
  • Build strong client relationships through consultative selling
  • Follow up with leads and maintain engagement through the entire sales cycle
  • Help clients with documentation and post-sales support as needed

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduates only candidates must have completed their graduation

  • Experienced sales professionals from the real estate industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in handling high-value clients and negotiations
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Good local area knowledge of the real estate market (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently
