We're scaling fast. Every hiring decision, retention move, and policy tweak impacts how fast we grow. This role ensures our people decisions are data-backed, not gut-led - helping us build a high-performance, outcome-biased, and scalable organization.

You'll Help Leadership Answer Questions Like

  • What drives high performance and low attrition?
  • How can we predict hiring success or burnout risk?
  • Which teams are running at max efficiency - and which need a tune-up?

What You'll Do

  • Build, clean, and visualize people data (hiring, performance, attrition, engagement, compensation, etc.)
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Ops to uncover insights that drive decision-making
  • Support monthly and quarterly dashboards for leadership (Headcount, efficiency, cost, funnel conversion, etc.)
  • Run micro-projects - predictive models, data audits, or efficiency trackers
  • Help build the "People Command Center" - one source of truth for talent data

What You'll Need

  • Analytical mindset - strong with Excel/Google Sheets; bonus if you know Power BI / SQL / Python
  • Curiosity to dig deep and connect data with people realities
  • Ability to simplify chaos - structure ambiguous data and find patterns
  • Strong communication - make numbers talk, not just add up
  • Interest in HR, culture, and business strategy
