Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also entails providing exceptional post-sales support, analyzing industry trends, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including client acquisition, market research, and prospecting
- Relationship Management and Communication skills to engage clients effectively and nurture long-term partnerships
- Negotiation and Presentation skills for closing deals and delivering compelling sales pitches
- Problem-solving and Analytical skills to assess market trends and create impactful strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools and general technology applications relevant to sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the automotive or related industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet targets under deadlines
