Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Spectrum Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and articulate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently delivering exceptional results.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt and refine sales strategies.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services.
Qualification:
- 3-4 years or more of experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the fragrance industry or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
