Job Title: Receptionist (Contract Role)
Dear Candidate,
We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist on a contract basis to manage front-office operations and provide administrative support across departments.
Location: Thane
Employment Type: Contract
Experience: 4 - 7 years
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate
Role & responsibilities
- Handling the front office and assisting and guiding the visitors / Clients for co-ordination with the right person in the organization in absence of Front desk Executive.
- Receiving inward and outward calls in absence of Front desk Executive.
- Maintaining day to day record for B2 of inward, outward, receivables, bills and other important documents like cheque, C-forms
- Assisting to various departments in tracing documents/ material dispatch and receipt of the same by maintaining online courier record.
- Visa formalities, foreign currency, Travel insurance etc.
- Guest House arrangements and Managing Lunch & Dinner in house arrangements and Supervising guest house arrangements during the visits of Indian and foreign delegates.
- Admin Activities: Assigning duties to office boys and driver as and when required for any office work in consultation with HR department.
- Making arrangements of business card for any employee on HR Dept instructions.
- Any other miscellaneous work and support is extended to various departments as and when required.
- Coordinating for office stationery requisition form and maintain the documents for the same.

- Knowledge of AMC services and contract maintenance
- Knowledge of petty cash maintenance
