Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Jagruti Rehabilitation Centre, Malad East

Job Summary: Provide a welcoming environment and manage front desk operations at a de-addiction center. Handle client check-ins, phone calls, and administrative tasks while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors; manage check-ins and phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain client records.
  • Provide information about services and assist with documentation.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and stocked.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and privacy guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Compassionate and able to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
