Job Description
The receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring a positive first impression for visitors and callers. This role involves administrative support, handling inquiries, and maintaining the reception area.
Responsibilities
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answer or refer inquiries.
Telephone management Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Schedule meetings and appointments, manage calendars and coordinate meeting room bookings.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
Additional Skills & requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
Customer service attitude.
Qualification & Experience
Any Bachelor's degree.
Years of experience.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist.
