Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our customer support team for a leading banking client. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about communication, problem-solving, and building a career in the banking and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information through voice.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update internal systems.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate teams.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability.
