Job Summary:

Patel Mobility LLP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The candidate will assist the senior accountant in maintaining accurate financial records, handling routine entries, and ensuring smooth accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally/ERP.
  • Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable.
  • Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
  • Reconcile bank statements, cash book, and ledger balances.
  • Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.
  • Support payroll processing and employee expense records.
  • Maintain records for vehicle sales, insurance, RTO fees, and service billing.
  • Assist senior accountant with month-end closing and MIS reports.
  • Monitor petty cash transactions and stock entries for spare parts/accessories.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely submission of bills and data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.Com (M.Com preferred, fresher/0–2 years of experience can apply).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS).
  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / MS Excel.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
