Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Exercise Science Lecturer located in Bengaluru. The Exercise Science Lecturer will be responsible for developing and delivering exercise science and fitness education programs, guiding individuals through exercise prescriptions, and leading group exercise sessions. Additional responsibilities include overseeing cardiac rehabilitation programs and providing strength training instruction. The role also involves assessing clients' fitness levels and progress, ensuring safety and effectiveness in all workout plans.
Qualifications
- Experience in Group Exercise and Exercise Prescription
- Proficiency in Exercise Physiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation
- Knowledge in Strength Training techniques and programs
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a gym setting
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, physiotherapy or a related field
- Certified Personal Trainer or Exercise Specialist certification preferred
