About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist who can

manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR operations. The ideal candidate

should have experience hiring for Non-IT roles (Business Development, Electrical

Technicians) and IT roles, with Embedded hiring experience being a strong advantage.

The role also includes monitoring office facility and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT , IT , and technical roles.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (Naukri,
  • LinkedIn, Employee Referrals, etc.).
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.

  • Hiring expertise required for:

  • Business Development & Sales roles
  • Electrical Technicians & Electrical Engineering roles
  • IT roles (Software, Support, etc.)
  • Embedded Engineers (added advantage)

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of positions.

  • Prepare job descriptions and post openings across relevant hiring platforms.

HR Operations

  • Handle onboarding formalities, documentation and induction processes.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll coordination with accurate input management.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Support performance evaluation processes.

Admin & Facility Management

  • Monitor day-to-day office administration and facility management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, courier/logistics, etc.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office utilities and supplies.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory management when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree / MBA in HR or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR & Recruitment.
  • Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment (Business Development, Sales,
  • Technicians).
  • Experience in IT & technical hiring is required.
  • Experience in Embedded hiring will be a strong advantage.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and statutory basics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/ATS platforms.
