Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth client onboarding processes and best practices for international client management
  • Support client success initiatives to understand retention strategies and relationship building
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration to achieve CSAT, NPS, and TAT targets
  • Act as a consultant to foreign clients in providing support in their career planning and job search strategies
  • Contribute fresh perspectives to our business development and operational strategies
  • Assist in product development and new service launches by gathering client feedback, identifying market needs, and supporting go-to-market strategies

Job Specifications

  • Undergraduate degree in any stream is mandatory with proven experience of 2-4 years in operations
  • Flexible to dedicate time as business demands
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment
