Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient processes, and implementing operational policies and procedures. Duties will include managing inventory, coordinating with different departments, supervising staff, and addressing any operational issues that may arise. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for maintaining budgets, optimizing operations to ensure cost efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing operations with strong inventory and team management exposure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally, along with analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Maintain production records, reports, and P&L.
  • Solid knowledge of garment production processes, compliance standards, and awareness of uniforms industry trends.
  • Manage suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments, handle pressure, and ensure smooth operational performance.
  • Male candidates preferred only.
