Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Bengaluru. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective clients, managing customer service interactions, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimise outreach efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in EdTech sales or a similar industry with (min 0-1 year)
  • Proficient in Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to develop positive client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
