Senior Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to drive business growth in the travel tech industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in travel tech.
  • IDentify, prospect, and secure new B2B enterprise clients within the travel and holidays sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Presentation of travel SaaS solutions to clients, incorporating product demos and negotiations tailored to their needs.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure alignment and delivery of client expectations.
  • Tracking and reporting of sales performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in travel tech and SaaS.
  • Participation in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of proven success in Travel Tech, SaaS, or B2B enterprise sales.
  • Proficiency in consultative selling, key account management, and enterprise closures.
  • Confident negotiation skills in high-pressure situations.
  • A track record of delivering revenue numbers on a quarterly basis.
  • A strategic thinker who understands scaling beyond transactions.
