Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E- Commerce Executive based in Kolkata. The E Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing online sales channels, optimizing product listings, monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and implementing marketing strategies. Additionally, the role involves account management, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing team operations, and driving overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Management

Product listing on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.)

Uploading images, descriptions, pricing, and category details

Updating stock levels and monitoring inventory

  1. Order & Operations Management

Checking daily orders

Coordinating with warehouse/team for packing & dispatch

Ensuring timely deliveries

Handling returns, replacements, and cancellations

  1. Catalog & Content

Creating product titles and descriptions

Keyword research for better visibility

Ensuring accuracy in product details

  1. Reporting & Analysis

Daily/weekly/monthly sales reports

Monitoring product performance

Identifying fast-moving and slow-moving products

  1. Customer Support

Responding to customer messages

Resolving issues related to product, delivery, returns

Maintaining positive seller ratings

  1. Marketplace Management

Running promotions, offers, and coupons

Monitoring buy box and product ratings

Following marketplace guidelines

  1. Coordination

Working with marketing, warehouse, and accounts teams

Coordinating with marketplace support teams for issues

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon experience
  • A+ listing
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in E-Commerce or related industries is a must
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • MS Excel (Basic to Moderate)
  • Product listing & cataloging knowledge
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work under deadlines
