Job Description – Social Media Executive

Location: Sector 49, Gurugram

Experience Required: 1–3 years (Fashion/Apparel industry preferred)

Role Overview

The Social Media Executive will manage and grow BownBee's online presence, build

influencer partnerships, and coordinate photoshoots to deliver visually appealing and high-

performing content.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and

emerging platforms.

  • Manage day-to-day posting, audience engagement, and community building.

  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth,

campaign ROI).

  • Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative strategies.

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, mom bloggers, and content creators.

  • Negotiate collaborations, track deliverables, and measure campaign performance.

  • Curate influencer-generated content for brand promotions.

Photoshoot Coordination

  • Plan and organize product photoshoots aligned with campaign objectives.

  • Coordinate with photographers, models, and stylists to maintain brand aesthetics.

  • Ensure timely availability of high-quality content for marketing and e-commerce

platforms.

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media; influencer marketing (fashion/lifestyle

preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, Stories, Meta Business Suite, and paid promotions.

  • Basic knowledge of photoshoot planning & coordination.

  • Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling ability.

  • Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop/Video editing tools (preferred).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
