Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute social media calendars, brand guidelines, and promotional campaigns across all platforms.
  • Ideate, plan, and create engaging social media content that aligns with the brand's voice and tonality.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for content creation and visual storytelling.
  • Coordinate with the social media agency – be the brand's point of contact for briefs, reviews, and deliverables.
  • Keep up with current trends, competitor strategies, and new social media tools/formats.
  • Constantly look for new ways to grow reach, engagement, and community.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
  • Prior experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a big plus.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
