Admin Operations Manager

Looking for an experienced and proactive
Manager – Administration & Operations
with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves managing operational setups, vendor coordination, and ensuring seamless execution of corporate meetings, trainings, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end
operations management
across the organization. - Manage
meeting setups
, including executive meetings, training sessions, and large-scale events. - Supervise and coordinate
training hall, conference rooms, and meeting hall setups
to ensure smooth execution. - Handle
vendor management
, including onboarding, negotiations, performance evaluation, and contract renewals. - Ensure compliance with
pharma industry standards
in operational and administrative processes. - Develop SOPs for efficient administrative workflows and ensure adherence.
- Monitor facility requirements and coordinate with stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth coordination of logistics, and IT support for meetings.
- Maintain effective
communication and interpersonal relations
across departments and with external vendors. - Lead and mentor junior administrative staff to achieve organizational goals.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent
communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
. - Strong knowledge of
pharma industry operations
. - Expertise in
vendor management
and negotiation. - Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience
in Administration/Operations within the
pharmaceutical industry
. - Proven track record in vendor and facility management.
