Position Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to develop and manage a strong project sales pipeline by identifying and engaging potential clients, including A-Class Builders, Architects, and Fabricators. The role focuses on client relationship management, business development, and product specification through architects for major commercial and government façade projects.
The position requires in-depth product knowledge, proactive client engagement, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and successful implementation of business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain a strong project pipeline while exploring new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with A-Class Builders, Architects, and Fabricators.
- Engage with clients for product promotion and specification through Architects.
- Present products to leading builders and government clients with comprehensive technical expertise.
- Deliver impactful client presentations and product demonstrations for large commercial and government projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery and fulfillment of project commitments.
- Implement business strategies and action plans to achieve defined sales goals.
- Demonstrate high levels of communication, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all client interactions.
Qualification:
Education:
- Minimum: Graduate
- Preferred: MBA or B.E. (Civil / ECE / Mechanical / Electrical)
Experience:
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in the Building Materials industry (e.g., ACP, Glass, Panel Boards, Architectural Hardware, Ceramics, Tiles, Plywood, Laminates, Paints, etc.)
Age Requirement:
- 25 to 34 years
Other Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driving license
- Must own a bike or car
Specialized Skills:
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Basic analytical and reporting skills
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language

Candidates without a minimum of 3–4 years of project sales experience in building materials in Bengaluru and without experience dealing with A-Class Builders, Architects, and Commercial Projects are requested
