About the role

Were looking for a hands-on program manager to help drive Swiggy's GenAI transformation across the organization.

What you'll do

  • Drive Capability Building: Program manage GenAI capability-building initiatives across functions.
  • Partner for Adoption: Work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure learning translates into real-world GenAI adoption and use cases.
  • Track & Assess Impact: Measure engagement, capability uplift, and business impact; create dashboards and insights for leadership.
  • Sustain Momentum: Build ongoing rituals, campaigns, and communication plans to keep GenAI adoption visible and exciting.
  • Enable Scale: Identify process or tool interventions that can make GenAI adoption self-sustaining across teams.

What you'll bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or Program Management, ideally in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - able to partner across HR, Tech, and Business functions.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, execution excellence, and a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and curiosity about how GenAI can transform work.
