4+ years of experience in Program(Event) Managementor Consulting, especially employee centricprograms.

Experience managing large scale events and the branding/marketing needed along with it. Proventrack recordof planning and leading strategic cross org initiatives.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

Drive large scale Employee eventssuch as Townhalls, Hackathons, All hands, conferences create delight and pride Drive cross-organizational initiatives to land cultural tenets around learning and innovation with the employees.Work closely with leaders and volunteer teams to drive company priorities Be the advocate for Employees and their Experience with Leaders and all Partner teams- Partner with IT, Finance, Facilities, and Workplace teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a consistent, high-quality employee experience. Support Site Leadership team in enablinga great workculture.

StrongCommunication skills – tocreate energy and awareness around the programs at site as well ascapturing updates across communication channels.

Empathy &Curiosity– toconnect deeply with employee cohorts to getapulseof the sentiment in the org, understandtheir challengesand work successfully across a range of stake holders from junior employees to leadership team
