About the Role
As an Analytics Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of analytics programs within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, managing resources, and ensuring the alignment of analytics initiatives with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, analytics, and a deep understanding of business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the overall strategy for analytics programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Create comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure analytics programs address strategic priorities. Foster collaboration between different departments to ensure a unified approach to analytics.
- Identify potential risks associated with analytics projects and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Proactively address challenges and obstacles to ensure successful program delivery.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of analytics programs. Regularly monitor and report on program progress to stakeholders.
- Establish & drive governance framework
- Develop communication plan to keep stakeholders informed on progress of initiatives & strategic impact
- Develop and implement strategies for managing organizational change related to the adoption of new analytics processes and tools.
- Work closely with analytics teams to ensure the successful execution of individual projects within the broader program. Provide guidance and support to analytics project managers. Facilitate cross team collaboration to deliver on roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization.
- Identifying opportunities of improvement in the analytics program & adjusting strategy based on lessons learned & changing business need
- Collaborate with finance and functional teams to validate project savings and ensure alignment with organizational targets.
- Track and report financial benefits realized from program initiatives, including P&L impact, cost avoidance, efficiency gains, and productivity improvements.
- Establish and maintain a standardized framework for savings validation, documentation.
- Prepare regular program updates and executive summaries for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure accuracy of leadership reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Understanding of the supply chain domains is desirable.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on analytics or data-driven initiatives.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable analytics programs.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving results.
