Program Manager – Regional Program Office (Global/Regional Clients)

About the Role:

As a Program Manager, you will lead the Regional Program Office team to deliver exceptional service for global/regional clients. You'll align operational functions with client objectives, manage performance metrics, and drive process improvements across the sourcing lifecycle. This role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor program teams to meet SLAs and objectives.
  • Oversee training on Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and program policies.
  • Prepare governance reports and manage budgets.
  • Act as liaison between client and supplier senior management.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with hiring protocols and local laws.
  • Collaborate globally to share best practices and maintain consistency.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends and implement solutions.
  • Support new program implementations and expansions.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 10+ years
    in staffing operations, service delivery, client & supplier management within technology (IT services or product development).
  • MSP/Staffing industry experience required.
  • 3–5+ years
    of people leadership experience (hiring, mentoring, performance management).
  • Hands-on experience with
    ticketing tools in HR operations
    and recruitment technologies (VMS, ATS, CRM).
  • Strong communication, project execution, and change management skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and predict trends.
  • Degree preferred (Bachelor's or equivalent).
