What You'll Do

  • Research and identify potential leads across industries and geographies.
  • Assist in prospecting and outreach through LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Support in preparing sales decks, proposals, and client communication.
  • Manage and update CRM/database with accuracy.
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead pipeline and conversions.
  • Work closely with the founding team on real client projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and startups.
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace and willing to learn tools like CRM, automation platforms, etc.
  • Prior exposure to lead generation or sales (college projects, internships, freelancing) is a bonus but not mandatory.
