Designation: Trainer cum Quality AnalystNo. of Vacancy: 1Location: BengaluruKey Responsibilities:The Trainer cum Quality Analyst in a BPO environment is responsible for delivering training programs to new and existing customer service representatives and ensuring that the quality of service provided meets the company's standards. This role involves developing training content, assessing training effectiveness, monitoring service quality, and identifying areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive both employee performance and customer satisfaction. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience. Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in a training and/or quality analysis role.
  • Strong understanding of BPO processes, customer service standards, and quality management.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of English and Hindi
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and training software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
